Many of our partners and lawyers have worked at other top tier Australian and international law firms, and have made a deliberate choice to leave a large law firm environment in order to focus on what they love doing most: solving interesting legal problems.   

At Atanaskovic Hartnell, we believe that being a highly successful law firm comes from providing clients with the highest quality product, which is the most commercial, intelligent and efficient legal solution to our client’s circumstances.  It is the ability to deliver this solution that we value above all else.

Consequently, life as a lawyer at Atanaskovic Hartnell is conspicuously lacking in the most notorious hallmarks of the modern mega-law firm.  We have deliberately chosen to practise in a small informal team environment with a minimum of bureaucracy, so that we can all get on with our “real” job: being lawyers.

This is not to say that working at the cutting edge of Australian commercial law is not demanding.  To the contrary, AH lawyers are frequently called upon to perform at the highest levels of professional expertise and commitment.  But in our experience, AH lawyers are happy to go beyond the call of duty to work on genuinely exciting legal problems.
